Apologies for this being in English. They are doing a lot of machine translations on small projects with sensitive languages (sensitive as in sensitive to corruption of the language by computer translations) and I believe they've been warned before and I am tempted to block them elsewhere. :Hi, I know this user. He is from kawiki. He is little boy and needs to learn a lot. I time to time block him and want that he will arise his knowledge. In my opinion it would be better if several years he will have opportunities to work only in kawiki and here in abwiki too. After 5-10 years possible he will become good editor, but nowadays it would be better to block him in all Wikipedias except kawiki and abwiki.
